Holiday Schedule
We will be closed December 24th, 25th, and 26th for Christmas, and on Sunday, New Years Day. All other classes will follow our normal schedule, including the last class of the year on December 31!
Closed Saturday December 17th
Please note we will be closed this Saturday December 17th for some very exciting renovations. Please schedule your planned training this week accordingly. We should resume our normal schedule Sunday evening for Open Mat 5 to 7 pm.
